Just got an used PV 72100 TV.

In the menu on the TV there are 2 (hard blue) icons for the analog & DVB-T tuner. The icons are not accessable! Still the tuner is in the box and I'll 're-plugged' it (got it out & put it in place again). No result .... Also after the reinstallation of the firmware (PV72100TV_6.2.1262UO(905)) the tuner appears 'missing'.

Anybody having some hints?

This issue will only occur when you disconnect the tuner from the mainboard. But as you have said the tuner is connected therefore its either the tuner is faulty or the mainboard can't detect the tuner. We have a spare tuner that we can try and purchase if it wokrs. Sorry for any inconvenience.
