As far as I know there is no enabling step. To use NAS feature, please try:

On your computer, you can do either of the following:
1. Start->Run key in the \\IP address of PV75100, you could also select the browse option, then select My Network on the left pane.
or
2. Launch file explorer, select My Network Places, you should see PV75100 harddisk icon listed.

You can get IP address of the PV75100 from Setup menus under Network.

Thanks for your help. Based on your replies, I've managed to login to PV75100 via network.

Forgot to mention that I'm using Mac OS X at home.
I pressed command + K on the keyboard,
type in smb://(PV75100 IP address on your network)
keyed in username and password.

Voila! Now I can transfer files to and from PV75100.
