TG is looking inside .iso files (for both DVD and BluRay structures). The problem is selecting the "winner" file among the contained .ifo files. Seems there's no rule there so the results can't be perfect

For Bluray I get better results as I select the biggest candidate. Maybe I should do the same for DVD .iso... don't know...
okay i remembered in one of the first version of thumbgen this was not
the way and the iso files could not be examined to see what audio and video was used,
(if i am right that is

did miss the fact that you solved that issue,
or am i now way off and totally wrong?
however i guess then it would be best to scan the video file which is the biggest for that info,
i believe that is how you did it on a blue ray.
if again i am right.
