I am interested un ThumbGen but when I run the program thumbgen.exe (Version 0.12.26 or 0.12.27 or 0.12.31), I am unable to run the program. It shows
"ThumbGen has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"
I am using Microsoft Windows XP SP2 with Dot Net 1

Thanks You need the latest .net to run thumbgen; I think it's 3.5 from the top of my head.

Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan? Hi ThumbGen, thumbs up for your good work! After upgrading to the new version 1.1.2.4 I have the problem that cover and fanart aren't recognized anymore. Used the same configuration as in the old version, but it seems that thumbgen is stuck searching for the files (see picture) and so doesn't use them.  Any idea where the problem is? Klompf

Thanks You need the latest .net to run thumbgen; I think it's 3.5 from the top of my head. Thanks for your reply. I had tried a ew version of .net framework - 2.0 SP1, 2.0SP2, 3.0 SP1 and 3.5 and all these unable to run thumbgen. No luck. I think I have to just stick to YAMJ. Anyway I like thumbgen as it can customise the layout with the template. Cheers

Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan? I am using v1.1.2 at the moment, but how do i get the program to get backdrops from a DVD (ISO or VOB).
I have also tried it with Movie thumbnailer, but can't get it to work.
v 1.1.2 should be able to get 3 backdrops from a movie automaticly, but that does not work either for DVD.

it is not possible to take autoscreenshots from dvd and iso.
it is possible to take manual screenshots from dvd (if u install windows media player v10+ and the required codecs)
