New version of gui2update available. Standalone gui2update0.4.zip and compilation movie&serieJukebox4gui20.zip with ThumbGen, TViXiEPlayon!HD and gui2update.

It now also support series. See for impression the TV shots in the Examples directory of the compilation.

Due to the use of some tricks I do not know whether it works on other systems than the Playon!HDmini which I own. When you have tried it on another system, leave a note with your experience.

Thanks for the work you put into this. I have been trying to get this to work myself pretty much all day but I am really stuck now

I use a AC Ryan Playon!HD2 with an internal 1TB HDD, external 2TB HDD.
I am using the [Beta] Firmware_Playon!HD2_PV73700_v9.5.3.r6629
I am using Thumbgen Latest version: 1.2.8.0
I am using movie&serieJukebox4gui20 & gui2update0.4

Current problems:

All bats have been used succesfully, except for update.bat --> See Screenshot added for error.

When I open the jukebox on my Playon!HD2 I get nothing at all. I can choose between No movies are found whatsoever.

When I open the index.htm file created, I get linked to jukebox/other_all_1.html - a page that does not exist.

Attachment: See the layout in a folder, the cmd error, the settings.

Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong?

To be honest, I think my biggest problem right now is not being able to telnet. I think this is causing all other problems.

I turned off my AV --> Avast,
I turned off my firewall on my Sitecom WL-308
On the Playon!HD2 Samba/FTP/UpnP are enabled through a wired connection.
Still the only thing im getting is that it can't connect to the host when I try to telnet..

I have no idea where the problem lies at the moment, if anyone with more understanding about telnet can help me out here that would be great, because I feel like i've tried everything!

I have the same problem and I am completely new to all this. Following the readme file for updating, I get an error when trying to update my Playon!HD2. I get "ERROR: Unable to telnet to player." in the command prompt. Network access to HDD and two USB drives is otherwise working great.

AC Ryan Jukebox has worked well otherwise but I do want the fanart/backdrops.

Yeah it does say tested on mini only. But I think the biggest problem for me right now is not being able to telnet, since apparantly something has to happen through the update.bat to make it work (via telnet) which cant be done at the moment.

Previous versions of this have been tested on the Playon!HD2 and reported working, so I assume this should work or just have minor bugs.

I've been googling why telnet doesnt work but I'm not really getting any helpfull information

First problem found:

[Official] Firmware_Playon!HD2_PV73700_v9.5.3.r5440 --> Telnet now working!

BETA firmware no longer supports telnet.

And the jukebox is working Problem was the new beta firmware.

Nice one! Reverted mine as well and the update worked. However, I cant get the jukebox to work peoperly with the backdrops and thumbs. Is there any good guide that I have yet to find?

This is working for me - except I get a black block on the right hand corner of my main movie sheet.
Any help - it is driving me insane and I cannot seem to find the answer

Can you post a picture of your main movie sheet that contains the black block?
What mode of display output are you using?
Which player are you using with which firmware version?
When you select another template does the block disappear of move to another position or appears exactly at the same spot?
