Re: Unknown hardware! The software can't work! Never tried non AC Ryan firmware (Mede8er, Fantec for instance)? That may have corrupted the bootloader. You have two years guarantee. So, if the problem persists, see your vendor or contact AC Ryan for repair or replacement. Non AC Ryan firmware voids the guarantee, however.

Re: Unknown hardware! The software can't work! I had the same message when upgrading from r3582 to (SDK4) r2115 but if I waited a few minutes the message cleared and didn't come back.

Re: Unknown hardware! The software can't work! Let me join the choir then. Same problem. Old firmware works like a charm, All other firmware with the NEW SDK fails. It will work just great when installed, but first reboot pending the installation will introduce the Unknown HW error. viewtopic.php?f=108&t=18121

3582 includes a bootloader, which is required by all later firmware releases.
