Pressing SETUP during playback makes restart of whole device.

Post Re: [Official] Firmware_PV73200_v7.4.x.r5440
Hello All , I have found the problem with "hardware error , software can't start" .I have AC Ryan mini 1 and i start to make update with this release " Firmware_PV73200_v7.4.x.r5440" using 2Gb USB Stick Fat32 formatted. After safe flashing , the firmware works perfectly , after first restart i have ejected the usb drive and restart AC Ryan and the message appear "hardware error , software can't start" . the problem is, if i put again the USB stick with the firmware, the unit works ok without "hardware error" .The idea is to keep connected the USB stick with firmware file to unit all the time , because the unit make some additional file inside the USB stick instead of unit internal flash memory. Please make something that it will be not necessarily to keep connected the USB stick(with firmware file) to the unit for the firmware to work. Please HELP. Thanks Allot.

I have the same problems. The plugged USB stick does not solve this issue. If the message occures I have to unplug power and plug back, than Mini 1 can start.

When is the new FW coming out?
this fw is glitchy.. setup restart bug, sometimes slow gui, player hanging
hope the new fw will be less annoying. :)

After the upgrade my video doesnt work when I use the component cables. Ive tried tv sys a bunch of times but it doesnt work. It does work if I use standard video rca's though :(

Also, noticed the wifi adapter keeps saying plugged in/unplugged ever 2-5 seconds or so....

Edit: Finally got the video to work after pressing tv sys about 100+ times.

Wifi still trippin out though :(

Try reinstalling the firmware with another USB stick. Some USB sticks cause faulty firmware installations.

Hello, I don't understand why you do not release a small update to correct only the bug on the management of subtitles.

You will made thousands of happyusers in this planet

Just updated my playonHD with this FW and added some shortcuts... everytime I try to access them, my playonHD reboots... wtf?

Post Re: [Official] Firmware_PV73200_v7.4.x.r5440
I'm using r5440 for a couple of days.
Main problem I have is the Autoscan issue (discussed in this Mini2 thread: viewtopic.php?f=175&t=17211&p=117966&hilit=Scan+problem#p117966.

For the Mini2 this problem apparently is fixed with a beta release firmware (Firmware_Playon!HD Mini2_PV73800_v9.5.5.r6629), this does not help "classic" HD Mini users.
Any update on when a fix becomes available for the Mini?
