Bought the Playon HD on the first day of IT Show. The staff told me Jukebox is part of the software that comes with the device. Greatly disappointed when I realized I was being cheated.

Just bought the AC RYAN from the IT show . Try to do the streaming to get the pc Hdd data. It shows logon successful , buy after entering the workgroup, it prompts for user name and password. Have tried to call the numbers, 6748 3218. But, it came out " the mailbox is fulled" for few hours. Would be great if AC RYAN could set up a help desk hotline for the customers. Thanks.
